Terms of Service

Draft
These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] (“we”), which runs Postship. By creating an account you agree to them. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. Workspace owners and admins decide who joins their workspace and what each member can do.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You let us store, process, and send it to X only to run Postship for you. You’re responsible for what you publish, including drafts written by AI, which can be wrong: read a draft before you schedule it.
Posting on X
- Postship posts only what you schedule, or what an admin in your workspace approves.
- Follow X’s rules. Don’t use Postship for spam, for the same post across several accounts, or to get around X’s limits.
- X can change or limit its API. When X stops accepting posts, publishing waits until it does, and we can’t promise a post goes out at the exact minute.
We may suspend an account that breaks X’s rules or these terms.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase. There’s no free trial: a plan is paid from the day it starts. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing, and the plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. We’ll tell you before prices change.
Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or security stops us.
Liability
Postship is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or posts that X delays or rejects, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes and law
We’ll post changes here and change the date above, and email you about ones that matter. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country or state]. Write to [support@your-domain] with any question. See also our Privacy Policy.
