Posts and link posts are counted separately: a post with a link uses one of each, because X charges far more for a link.
Plans are paid from the first day, and you can cancel anytime. Add-ons: another X account for $6 a month, and 25 more link posts for $9 a month. AI credit packs, bought once: 500 for $6 or 2,000 for $19, used after the month’s credits, and they never expire. Prices are in US dollars, with tax added at checkout where it applies.

Is there a free trial?
No. You choose a plan when you start, and it's paid from the first day. You can cancel anytime, and the plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
What’s a link post?
A post with a link in it. X charges more to publish those, so each plan includes a number of them a month. A bare domain like example.com counts as a link too, as it does on X.
Does Postship ever post without me?
No. A post goes out only when you schedule it, or an admin on your team approves it. Postship never replies, likes, or follows for you.
Do you train AI on my posts?
No. Drafts are written by Claude from a style card that describes how you write. Nobody trains or fine-tunes a model on your posts, or on anyone’s.
Who handles payments?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. It runs the checkout, sends invoices, and handles sales tax and VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
From Settings → Danger Zone you can download everything as a JSON file, and delete your account along with the workspaces you own, their posts, and their X connections.
